Design Advisory Board

The properties located in Grand Park North are governed by the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of the association.  The Design Advisory Board helps to assure that all of the properties are in compliance with the architectural restrictions of Grand Park North.  All changes to the properties in Grand Park North must be approved by the Design Advisory Board before any changes can be made.

All owners must complete and submit the 2024 DAB Form - Submission form and the 2024 DAB Form - Owner Acknowledgement form to one of the members listed above.  Please contact them for any questions on submitting forms. 

DAB will meet the first Wednesday of each month. Requests need to be submitted by the last Friday of the previous month.
